Stays
-Minimum stay of two nights;
-Stay from Saturday to Saturday;
-From 17.00 hours on day of arrival until 10.00 on day of departure.
Included:
cooking gas, electricity, water, color TV, bed linen and towels, final cleaning (excluded kitchenette) and entry to swimming pool (from mid May to mid September), a private parking space.
Not included:
-Rent babychair / stroller € 15,00 per week;
-Air-conditioning where available: Two room 40,00 per week, Three room € 60,00 per week, to ask the time of booking;
-Beach-free convention.
-Half-board (on reservation) € 105,00 per week per person;
-Full board (by reservation € 185,00 per week per person.
-Non-cleaning kitchen € 40.00, damage deposit € 15,00.
-Extra cleaning (excluding kitchenette) two-room € 20,00, € 25,00 Three room apartment.
Reservation: for further information we will be at your disposal either by coming here in person or by telephone. As confirmation of your reservation we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
Arrivals and departures: The apartments will be avaiable from 4:00 PM on day of arrival and they have to be vacated before 10:00 AM am on day of departure. If youneed to check in or check out later please inform reception who will advice if it is possible.
